SUMMARY:Fourth Summer concert
DESCRIPTION:This is our final summer concert of the summer series before we take a 1 month break before beginning rehearsals for the fall.  There will be a 15 minute pre-concert by Dixieland Band Combo.  The performance includes our annual “Children’s Directing Contest”.  Children (of ages usually 3 or 4 years to 8 or 9 years old) are invited to the stage as a group\, given a straw as a baton and allowed to face the audience and “direct” as the band plays a march.  Prizes are awarded to all who participate.

SUMMARY:Special Veteran's Concert
DESCRIPTION:Performance at the Wisconsin Veteran’s Home in King\, Wisconsin.  Wide variety of music – marches\, patriotic and “pop” music.  For the past 10 years or so\, the band has performed a “thank you” concert for the Military Veterans at their home in King\, Wisconsin.  Our Stage Band and our Dixieland Combo has also performed for them.  We feel it is an honor to say\, “Thank you for your service” in this manner.
